The apartment building must be a prefabricated residential building located in Ulaanbaatar city.
The building must have undergone a seismic resistance assessment and met the required standards.
Residents of the building must fully agree (100%) to the condition of contributing 25% of the total investment cost to be repaid over a 10-year period.
Residents who want to participate in the project must, through their Homeowners’ Association (HOA), sign the “Consent form” issued by the project. The signed document by all apartment owners shall be submitted to the Project Office.
